Sewell, Second Brigade: Sir--Major-General Plume directs me to inform you that commandants of Regiments, Battalions and Gatling Gun Companies will provide the necessary rations for their respective commands on the occasion of the parade of tb Division in New York on the 30th day of April. The Governor has made the following allowances for that occasion: For breakfast, twenty cents per man. For dinner, thirty cents per man. For supper, twenty cents per man. One wagon for each Regiment, Battalion and Gatling Gun Company; allowance, $4.00. One hundred dollars to each Regiment and Battalion for band. No allowance will be made for officers' horses. Company F, Sixth Regiment, Atlantic City, Company H, Sixth Regiment, Cape May, Company K, Sixth Regfment, Vineland, will be entitled to the allowance for breakfast, dinner and supper. Company G, Seventh Regiment; Newton, will be entitled to allowances for breakfast and dinner. The balance of your Brigade will be entitled to the dinner allowance only.
